The Upbeat of “Velyannam Vannita” in Neelamperoor Padayani- A Management Over View.

Mountain task with perfection/ exemplary output to any team/organization is always    daunting.  Our Velyannam (Giant swan) is one of the biggest examples of triumph to the giant task. I would rather relate it with multi-brewing a creation/product with highest perfection. Obviously the Neelamperoorians heart and soul is very much having a deep depth towards Velyannam.To make the velyannam (Giant Swan) in the best suited artistic perfection can be visualized through a practical assessment of the same.

The Highest quality of product is always produced with superb raw materials. Here the natural products are selected in a categorical manner for Velyannam (The Giant swan). This is of course a process of Multi management, Multi product analysation, Employees performance capability and its quality checking.

I am sure that the best lotus leaves, the best plantain, the maker/raw material provider  of the skeleton (Velyannam/giant swan) and the using implications (in this point I would be glad to mention about Mr.Karhtikeyan’s effort for a decade towards it) are beautifully blended. Product assessment is done with an effortless technique of Quality work assessment with product finishing method of total views and comments on to it. This also is complementing the Collective/Democratic management and sensing/taking the juice of advice with   clarity before committing the action or preparing a Product to the Market.

A top team comprising of 6 to 8 members are well known in working in velyannam (giant swan). This can be related to selecting/ brooding talent and managing the talent with ease in a high demand and work pressure to a specific  time frame.  I think  especially in this stage,  this is  gelled with the disciplined way of senior/most knowledgeable  with outstanding technique and experience( HR process of Higher level management) . Indirectly managing them with a natural way of humour will make the employee to upgrade and concentrate more on to the product tuning and perfection ( special congratulations to Gopi chetan Vilyadom).  When people are cracking jokes and sample/art  of mocking at the mistakes is always a deeper thinking process . I am sure that this will keep the work pressure in tandem and output efficiency will increase without doing much effort/pressure to the mind.  
Multi Management                                                                                                     
The effort of managing altogether the team in the padyani ground in a disciplined way and working cycle is always a mighty  man management process. There are no designated leaders and all are managers in their own stem. There are advisors to attract the learning spirit. Bigger corporate sector is having an efficient advisory board which will drive and give input to the Organizational path/view to any project. Velyannam’s beauty is obviously a product output and its policy of perfection which is co-related to process and its value to the market. This is managed in Velyannam at padayani with  a serious  of process like quality of raw materials , quality of implementation, Quality of managing the talent, quality of employees management and of course with a quality management team. Culmination of  artistic, giant task/fulfillment  to the Velyannam by vigorous  feel of rythematic  dance with spiritual feel attached to the same  is an Aura Management(my version) .  This is a technique which can adapted by the management to build up the completion from its efficient employees and the result of attaining the required feel of result( some of the corporate  do it with a success party/achievement party).   All through this way an HR process is always a string of managing the scene can be vividly seen while on the process of making velyannam (giant swan).
Launching the Velyannam itself is psycho technique of complete satisfaction in its last movement is co-related to corporate HR policy & Public relations for launching any product. All Neelamperrorians share a bit and piece about Velyannam  while sitting  in the wooden skeleton of the same is reminding  me   my  version of  management principle of  composure, cultivation ,evaluation/case study and its impact of the outcome, which will make  anybody to strive better and better in  future.
There are also endless area to be specified with detailed assessment and process related to the same. This write up is only a juice of Velyannam in  total process of Management yardstick.
